Non Status Mortgages Process
This page explains how your enquiry will be handled.
1. Your enquiry will be passed to an adviser from New Start Financial Services.
2. The adviser will make contact with you to understand your requirements& circumstances in more detail. They will confirm that our administration fee is typically £575 only payable at point 4 & 100% refundable if a mortgage offer is not obtained.
3. The adviser will call back with a recommendation of product & will arrange if you are happy to do so an agreement in principle which will neither cost you anything or commit you in any way.
4. If you are then ready to proceed we will let you know exactly what we will need to see to do so & will progress things for you.
5. You are under no obligation to accept the recommendation.
